What Does Zeebba Do?

We’re a one-stop beauty salon that brings convenient, reliable, efficient and affordable on-demand beauty services and treatments directly to your doorsteps 10.00am-10.00pm, 7 days a week. It’s like having your very own beauty artist available when you need them, where you need them, but pretty much for the same price as popping down to your local salon.

How Do I Book?

Go to www.zeebba.com, choose your beauty services, select what day and time works for you and then add your location and payment details. Then just complete your booking and get ready to indulge in luxury services that'll make you feel like royalty but won't cost you an arm and leg.

If you prefer, you can also call us on 02080505253 and speak directly to a lovely member of our team who’d be more than happy to assist you with your booking. Our lines are open Monday to Friday 9:00am-6.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am-5.00pm.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded. Appointment locations can be changed, but please give us between 4 hours notice depending on the distances.

Once My Artist Is Confirmed, How Do I Contact Them?

Once your booking is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with contact details for a dedicated member of our booking team who’ll be your contact point. Feel free to chat with them and let them know any requirement you might have for your appointment, or send them pictures of looks you love for your hair, makeup or nail appointments, so they can pass on all the information to your artist.

How Long Will My Appointment Last?

All of our services include a consultation at the beginning of the appointment. Appointment length varies depending on the services you’ve requested. A blow-dry takes up to 45 minutes, depending on hair length and texture. Braids take 45 minutes to an hour and updos take up to one hour. A makeover appointment is one hour. Other services such as nails and massage will depend on the length of time you choose. Please let your artists know beforehand if you have any specific time constrains.

What If I Am Running Late?

We allow for a 15 minute grace period if you are running late. If you are delayed beyond 15 minutes and your artist is available to stay, you will be charged a rate of £30 per half hour to keep the artist for the additional time. Please let us know if you’ll be running late or need to push your appointment. If your artist is not booked directly following your appointment, we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule for the additional fee and to complete your service.

How Do I Cancel Or Amend My Booking?

You can cancel or amend your booking when logged into your Zeebba account. Please give us as much notice as possible when cancelling or changing a booking.

Can I Book A Same Day Or Last Minute Appointment?

Yes, we’ll always do our very best to find you a great artist even if it’s last minute. For same day appointments, its best to call us directly on 02080505253 and we’ll see what we can do to help.

However, whenever possible we do recommend that you book your appointment at least 48 hours in advance as this gives your artist the opportunity to plan their day and travel routes in advance.

How Do I Prepare For My Appointment?

For blow-dry and hair styling, please wash your hair 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment so your hair is damp but not soaking wet. For updos, no need to shampoo before your appointment; dry hair is best, and we recommend you wash it the day before your appointment to see the best results.

For makeup, please have a makeup-free, cleansed and moisturized face prior to your artists’ arrival.

For office/venue appointments, your artists can lightly clean the skin and dampen hair as needed.

Your artists and therapists will have products and tools with them, but please let them know if you have any allergies or specific concerns.We ask that you have a place to sit near an electrical outlet and a flat surface so your artists can plug in electrical equipments such as hairdryers and lay out their tools/products. It is very important that you are ready for your appointment on time.

Can I Book Directly With An Artist?

Unfortunately, no. Our artists can’t contact Zeebba clients directly and it is company policy to terminate membership for clients who attempt to secure the services of our artists outside of Zeebba.
